Paul has over 15 years of experience in the world of recruitment, holding roles within various sectors inc contact centre, industrial and finance/accountancy. Demonstrating strong experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist and as an Account Manager. Over the last 5 years has also been involved in the infrastructure of recruitment businesses, implementing improved processes and systems.
Passionate about candidate and client relations, ensuring both sides receive a 1st class service.
In his spare time, enjoys spending time with his 2 boys and hitting the gym when he can. In a previous life was a qualified Personal Trainer.
